When and where do we meet?

The meeting location and time vary depending on the specific tour you've booked. You will receive all the details, including the exact meeting spot and start time, in your confirmation email. Be sure to check your email before the tour to ensure you have the correct information for your chosen experience. If you have any questions, feel free to call or text us at 520-873-9845.

Will we go inside any locations during the ghost tour?

Most places on the tour do not allow entry due to their historical preservation and many are currently occupied by other businesses. However, we do get to go inside a few select places as part of the tour experience. Each tour page says exactly where.

Are the tours wheelchair accessible?

Central Phoenix Screamix and Haunted Jails, Rails & Grave Tales are fully wheelchair accessible. Phoenix History, Mystery & Ghosts is accessible except for the final stop, which requires stairs down into the basement. The Millz Have Eyez is not wheelchair accessible. Contact us to confirm accessibility for other tours before booking.

Phoenix History, Mystery & Ghosts is Get Ghosted Phoenix's signature 2-hour walking tour of downtown Phoenix. You visit the Teeter House, Rosson House, St. Mary's Basilica, the Renaissance Phoenix Downtown and Melinda's Alley, use EMF detectors, spirit boxes and dowsing rods at select stops, and end the night inside two historic locations, including Hanny's basement. Groups are small, the tour is ages 8+, and it is wheelchair accessible up to the final stop.

Start in Heritage Square, where the Teeter family's history sets the darker story of Phoenix in motion.

Before you go

Good to know

Group size: Small groups, maximum 20 guests.
Equipment: Ghost-hunting equipment is provided. At select stops you run your own investigation with EMF detectors, spirit boxes and dowsing rods.
Weather: Desert nights cool fast in fall and winter. A jacket is never wrong.
Footwear: The tour covers 1 mile. Comfortable walking shoes are strongly recommended.
Format: Most of the tour takes place outdoors, with indoor access at the Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel and Hanny's basement.
Accessibility: Accessible except the final stop, which requires stairs down into Hanny's basement.
Restrooms: Restrooms available before and after the tour.
Meeting point: Meet in front of Que Sazón Restaurant at the Teeter House, 622 E. Adams Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
Cancellations: Weather decisions are generally made around 5 PM on tour day, based on current and expected conditions. If we cancel for weather, we offer rescheduling first; if you cannot reschedule, you can receive a refund. Regular cancellations require 24 hours' notice for a refund or credit. No-shows are charged the full price.

If we cancel for weather, we offer rescheduling first; if you cannot reschedule, you can receive a refund. Regular cancellations receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours' notice. Operator cancellations for other unforeseen circumstances receive a full refund or credit. Call us to cancel or ask about a cancellation. No-shows are charged the full price.

We kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes before your tour starts, as parking can be a bit tricky, especially during special events. Street parking is usually the best option and can be found near the starting point of most tours. There are also parking garages available, but keep in mind that they can cost up to $40 during special events. Light rail is also a convenient option if you'd prefer to avoid parking altogether. For more detailed parking instructions, please check your booking confirmation email.
